Refund and Returns Policy

At Fedcap Maine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. This means we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders placed through our store. Please carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase.

1. Defective or Damaged Items

While all sales are final, we understand that issues can occasionally arise, such as products arriving defective, damaged, or with a misprint. If you experience such issues, please contact Printful directly within 30 days of receiving your item to report the problem and request a resolution.

2. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please notify us at communications@fedcapmaine.org. We will investigate the situation with the shipping carrier and Printful, and if necessary, work with you on a resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Since all products are custom-made to order, Fedcap Maine does not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind after purchase).
  • Incorrect sizing if the size was chosen incorrectly by the customer.
  • Personalized or custom-designed products.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they enter the production phase. Once an order is in production, cancellations are no longer possible.
